This week I was told that if I hadn’t applied for entry into University next year I would have been next in line for promotion! Hearing that has made me so much more confident in my abilities and it has also made me realise that age means nothing in the work place, it’s about how much drive and ambition you have (as well as good leadership qualities.) I’m proud of myself.
